hgzi Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using the hgzi platform. This document is a legally binding agreement between you and hgzi.

These terms have been recently reviewed and are currently in effect.

1 Section 1

General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply between the authority operating the hgzi platform ("Platform" or "Site") and any user of the site ("you" or "Member"). These Terms govern your access to, registration on, and use of the Platform.

By creating an account on hgzi or continuing to use the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the Platform.

These Terms are a living document — hgzi reserves the right to update them from time to time. Members will be notified of any significant changes.

Important: These Terms are a legally binding agreement. Using the Platform means you agree to all of these terms.
2 Section 2

Account Registration

To become a member of hgzi, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Opening an account with false or incomplete information is strictly prohibited.

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each member may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are created by the same person, hgzi reserves the right to permanently close all associated accounts and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

In the interest of safety and security, hgzi may request necessary documents from a member for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until the verification process is complete.

  • Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport
  • A valid selfie with a recent photo
  • Proof of ownership of the mobile banking account

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to the hgzi support team immediately.

3 Section 3

Age Restrictions

hgzi is an adult platform. Only persons aged 21 or above are permitted to use this platform. By registering an account, you declare that you are at least 21 years of age.

If any member is found to be under 21 years of age, their account will be closed immediately and all transactions will be considered void. It is also the responsibility of guardians to ensure that minors are protected from accessing the account.

Age Verification: hgzi may request a birth certificate or NID from a member for age verification at any time.
4 Section 4

Bonuses and Promotions

hgzi offers its members various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms and the member must fulfil those terms.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. For deposits of ৳22,000 or more, the maximum ৳10,000 bonus applies, giving a total balance of ৳32,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount — on the bonus amount only, not on both the deposit and bonus. For example, after completing ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 in bets, winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

  • A bonus applies only once per account or household.
  • Bonuses in the account may have a set expiry period — unused bonuses will be cancelled after the expiry date.
  • hgzi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
  • If bonus misuse is suspected, hgzi may investigate the associated account and forfeit the bonus.
  • The terms of each promotion apply separately and must be read alongside the general terms.
5 Section 5

Deposits and Withdrawals

hgzi handles financial transactions through Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking methods. All transactions are completed in Taka (BDT / ৳).

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

hgzi currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Note that Rocket is the mobile banking wallet of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

5.2 Deposit Limits

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method)
  • Maximum deposit amount is determined according to applicable rules.
  • Deposited funds are reflected in the account quickly.

5.3 Withdrawal Limits and Timeframes

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000
  • Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours
  • Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal request is completed.

5.4 Withdrawal Prerequisites

Winnings earned from bonuses must meet the relevant wagering requirements before withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed if the verification process is incomplete.

Please note: Deposits and withdrawals must be made only through the account holder's own payment method. Use of third-party payment methods is not permitted.
6 Section 6

Gaming Rules

Various types of online games are available on the hgzi platform — including slots, fishing games, live casino, sports betting, and more. Each game has its own rules.

6.1 Game Fairness

hgzi is committed to ensuring a neutral and fair gaming environment. The outcome of all games is determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures impartiality.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a technical error occurs during a game, the relevant round may be cancelled and the bet will be returned. hgzi will not be held responsible for issues arising from internet disconnection.

6.3 Game Restrictions

hgzi reserves the right to restrict certain games for members in specific regions. The list of available games is subject to change.

7 Section 7

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hgzi platform, and violating these prohibitions may result in account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds:

  • Creating or operating multiple accounts
  • Providing false identity or information
  • Bonus misuse or manipulation — attempting to artificially fulfil wagering requirements
  • Unauthorized access to or modification of any software or system on the platform
  • Playing games using automated bots or scripts
  • Attempting unauthorized access to another member's account
  • Using third-party payment methods or attempting money laundering
  • Collusion or fraudulent conduct with other members
  • Conducting any form of illegal activity through the platform
8 Section 8

Limitation of Liability

hgzi takes the utmost care in providing services as a safe and reliable platform. However, hgzi's liability will be limited in the following circumstances:

  • Losses caused by internet disconnection or third-party technical failures
  • Account information being compromised due to the member's own negligence
  • Temporary service interruption due to unexpected system maintenance or upgrades
  • Any financial loss resulting from participation in games — gaming is inherently a risk-based form of entertainment

hgzi uses SSL encryption and advanced security technology to keep members' personal and financial information protected.

9 Section 9

Account Suspension and Closure

hgzi may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • In the event of a violation of any provision of these Terms
  • In the event of suspicious or fraudulent activity
  • In the event of providing false information or failure to complete identity verification
  • If evidence of bonus misuse or manipulation is found
  • If an account needs to be closed at the member's own request

9.1 Funds After Account Closure

If an account is closed without any rule violation, the valid balance remaining in the account will be returned to the member's registered payment method. However, if the account is closed due to a rule violation, bonus-related funds may be forfeited.

10 Section 10

Privacy and Data Protection

hgzi gives the highest importance to members' privacy. Full details on the collection, storage, and use of your personal information can be found in our Privacy Policy.

In brief, hgzi collects only the information necessary to operate the platform and does not sell it to third parties. All data is protected with SSL encryption.

11 Section 11

Responsible Gaming

hgzi believes that gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial problems. We encourage all members to game responsibly.

  • Play within your own financial limits.
  • Avoid placing larger bets when driven by emotion.
  • Do not place more bets to recover money you have lost.
  • If gaming seems to be having a negative impact on your daily life, seek help.
